This Papaya and Corn Salsa is a GREAT Addition to Your Summertime Recipes!

Updated: Jun 14, 2023

For me, Summertime is all about fresh tasting recipes that are PACKED with refreshing flavor! This Papaya and Corn Salsa does . not . disappoint!

The sweetness of the papaya and the tartness of the lime juice lifts this salsa to a whole new level. Seriously... we can't get enough of it!

Use this to add to steak or shredded chicken tacos, a salad, to top a grilled chicken breast or even by the spoon full! This recipe is versatile and absolutely delicious!

What You'll Need

Knife

Cutting Board

Pairing Knife

Mixing Bowl

Recipe

1 Papaya, peeled, seeded and diced

1 Avocado, peeled, seeded and diced

½ White Onion, diced

1 Canned Corn

1 16oz Container Nature Sweet Cherub Cherry Tomatoes, diced

½ Bunch Cilantro, diced

1-2 Limes, juiced (or more depending on how much lime you like!)

Salt & Pepper, to taste

Instructions & Recommendations

This recipe is all about the prep work. All that is needed is to prep everything as indicated above and mix in a bowl together and it is ready! Nothing special to it!

We LOVE the lime flavor, but we would suggest by starting with one lime, taste and add more as desired!

Since lime does cut the salty flavor, you may need to adjust the salt to taste as well.

Also, for a slightly sweeter flavor, you can always use red onion or even shallots in place of the white onion!

That’s it! It really is as simple as that!

All you need to do, is to try and stop yourself from eating it all right away!
